Shipping Policy

We love pets all over the world. LittleDaisy offers international direct shipping for pet lovers worldwide.

Standard shipping fee: For orders that do not meet the free-shipping threshold, we charge a flat international shipping fee of $8 USD, no matter where you are located.

Free shipping: Orders with a checkout subtotal of $50 USD or more qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout.

Tracking: After your order ships, you will receive an email with a dedicated tracking number so you can follow the latest updates for your international package. Because cross-border orders may involve customs clearance, delivery usually takes 10-20 business days after shipment.

Production Time

Many of our signature products are made to order. We do not rush custom pieces or handmade details.

Customized designs and handmade products, such as custom pet plush items and handmade miniature accessories, require dedicated scheduling and production time. Starting from the date you approve the design proof or place the order, production usually takes about 1 week.

Once production is complete, we will carefully package your order and hand it over to international shipping as soon as possible. Please allow a little extra patience for a one-of-a-kind gift.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you and your pet will love these unique finds. If something goes wrong, we are here to help.

Customized products: Because custom items are made specifically for you and carry personal design details, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once the order has entered production or has shipped. If your package arrives damaged or the product is significantly different from the confirmed order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will take responsibility and help resolve the issue.

Non-custom curated items: If you change your mind, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the package, as long as the item is unused, free of pet hair, and kept in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Refund processing: After we receive and inspect your returned package, refunds will be sent back to your original credit card payment method. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
