What photo works best?
Use a bright, sharp photo where your pet's face or full body is not cropped. JPG, PNG, and WebP files are accepted up to 8 MB.
Can you use a blurry photo?
Slightly soft photos may work, but very blurry images can lose important facial details. If you are unsure, contact us with the photo before ordering.
Can I include two or more pets?
Yes, you can order multiple keychains with different pet photos. If you want more than one pet on a single charm, contact us first so we can confirm the layout.
Can I add my pet's name?
Yes. Add the name, date, or short custom text in the order notes and we will review it with the photo before production.
Can I order a pet memorial gift?
Yes. Many customers use a favorite dog or cat photo, name, and memorial date to create a small keepsake for keys, bags, or gifting.
Will I receive a proof?
We check each order before production. If the photo, crop, or text needs confirmation, we will email you first.
Can I pay by credit card?
PayPal may show eligible debit or credit card options at checkout. Availability depends on buyer location and PayPal account eligibility.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is usually 2-3 weeks including production and shipping. Add your gift deadline in the notes so we can flag timing concerns early.
What pets do you support?
We can create custom photo keychains for dogs, cats, rabbits, and many other pets as long as the uploaded photo is clear enough.
